How We Handle Shipping
Most products ship via DHL, FEDEX, USPS, UPS  or TRUCK FREIGHT within 2 days of your order unless we are out of stock. Standard FedEx delivery time is usually 3-5 days. Some small items may be shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail, delivery time is usually 2-3 days. Please note: We ship internationally via the best available means. Simply email us and we will quote on shipping.

We strive to offer you products made in America, we don't like that off-shore junk. We keep each item at the lowest price possible. The current price is always available online, you may want to contact us about demo items we might have used for test purposes as we usually offer them at a reduced price.

Return Policy
We stand behind our products and service. If there is a problem with a product we will need to actually see it so you may be asked to return it.  In no case is WarpSpeed Performance responsible for install or uninstall costs. In no case is WarpSpeed Performance responsible for replacement of third party coatings. Prior to any powder-coating or ceramic coating by a third party make sure you have ordered and received the correct parts and make sure it fits properly. Parts coated by a third party are non-returnable. If there is an error with your order, please report it promptly so that we may remedy the situation. If you need to return an item, please contact us for a proper return authorization number and information as to where to ship. Shipping expense is the buyers responsibility in all cases. All returned products must be returned unused and in their original undamaged box and will be subject to a 30% re-stocking fee unless it is our mistake. Catalytic converters are non-returnable once installed. Orders canceled after credit card billing will be subject to a $15 back billing charge.

Warranty
Our new spiral wound flex sections are warranted by the manufacturer for 1 year. For a period of 2 years from purchase date (diesel exhaust parts 1 year) WarpSpeed Performance, at our discretion; will resolve issues of defects in materials or workmanship in our fabricated exhaust pipes. For a period of 4 years from purchase date WarpSpeed Performance, at our discretion will resolve any issues of  rust through corrosion in our aluminized steel exhaust pipes by either repairing or replacing the exhaust pipe at our discretion. Shipping each way will be at buyers expense. Exhaust pipes corroded, burned out or blown out from nitrous or overheated from turbochargers or superchargers or improper tuning are not included, pipes which have been coated by a third party or covered with an external wrap are also excluded. WarpSpeed Performance exhaust parts are intended for off road and competition purposes only, therefore those products are sold without any implied or express warranty. WarpSpeed Performance cannot be held liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from their use.  WarpSpeed Performance will not be responsible for freight charges, labor charges, or other expense occurred or inconveniences or consequential damages occasioned by failure of the product, or for breach of any expressed or implied warranty with respect to the product other than as set forth herein. This limited warranty is void if the product shows evidence of mishandling, externally applied heat, welding, bending or mutilating of parts, end user must be able to prove purchase and purchase date. WarpSpeed Performance does not warrant that high flow catalytic converters will meet the emissions requirements of all states and does not warrant the application of any after market catalytic converter will not cause engine code errors. The regulation of emissions production, noise levels and safety standards is undertaken by the federal government, each of the fifty state legislatures and by many local municipalities, towns and counties. WarpSpeed Performance makes no warranties that its products are approved for general use, or that its products comply with laws, regulations of ordinances in the states where they may be sold to the ultimate purchaser, the consumer. The entire risk as to the conformity of these products in any such state should the product prove to be non-conforming is the responsibility of the retail purchaser, the buyer, the ultimate consumer of such product and it is not upon the seller, WarpSpeed Performance. The 1995-2001 Nissan Maxima exhaust Y pipe products are not C.A.R.B certified so if you live in California the products are intended for off-road and or competition purposes only. The Jeep exhaust systems involving the replacement of the front Y pipe are not C.A.R.B. certified so if you live in California those products are intended for off-road and or competition purposes only.

F.A.Q.

Q. Why do Maxima flex sections fail?

A. Overheating rust and failure to use a hanger are the most common reasons.

#1. Flex sections do what they are, they are a compressed assembly made of stainless wire and a corrugated stainless liner which flexes and is used primarily on front drive cars to allow the exhaust to move with the engine. By not using a factory or aftermarket hanger it causes the metal to fatigue and break. Flex sections are not designed to support weight, if you do not use a hanger to support the Y pipe or converter the flex section will fail. The Maxima has a hanger at the outlet of the Y pipe and one at the rear of the resonator, Gen 3's have an additional hanger on the B pipe. Our aftermarket performance kits include a new hanger in most cases.

#2. Header wrap will cause overheating of the metal and reduces life expectancy by 50%, it does not matter if it is stainless or aluminized steel, flex section or tubing. Sooner or later they will fail.

#3. We can replace any of ours or our competitions 2-1/4" or 2-1/2"  Y pipe flex section with a new one for $65 includes shipping in lower 48 states (3" slightly higher)
