SHIPPING:
Most products ship via FEDEX, USPS, UPS  or TRUCK FREIGHT within 2 days of your order unless we are out of stock or it is a custom part, if we are temporarily out of stock we will advise you as to when the item will be in stock.

Standard Ground delivery time is usually 3-5 days. Some small items may be shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail, delivery time is usually 2-3 days. Please note: We ship internationally via the best available means. Simply email us and we will quote on shipping. If you are outside the USA consider contacting a freight forwarder that specializes in shipping to your country.

We use Paypal for payment on the site at the current time, we take credit cards over the phone, we also accept checks, moneyorders or cash. If you use Paypal we may have to ship your order to your confirmed address to protect you and us.

If you are returning merchandise within 30 days from the date of receipt, and the item has not been installed, modified and is complete, you may return all or part of the order to receive a full refund for the original purchase price of the product. Original shipping, return shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. If you are returning merchandise after 30 days, a 15-30% restock fee will apply and store credit will be issued for the balance. No returns will be accepted on merchandise after 45 days. Call 479-246-9400 for return authorization. If you return a product without the return authorization your refund will be jeopardized. If you have no proof of delivery of the return then there will be no refund. All returns require your original invoice and the product that is being returned or exchanged. Product that has been installed, modified or has missing parts cannot be returned to us. Any return received not meeting these terms and guidelines will be refused credit and sent back to the customer at their expense.

ALL RETURNS WILL BE ASSESSED A RESTOCKING FEE.

Since we offer Free Shipping on some orders we must assess a restocking fee to cover the original shipping and handling/processing. Any shipment being returned that was charged shipping because of the size of the product or because it was shipped outside of our Free Shipping zone, lower  48 states,  will be refunded less the restocking fee on the product cost itself 15%, the shipping charges that were charged at the time of purchase will not be refunded.

Delivery Refusal

Any items that are refused at delivery will be subject to the 30% Restocking Fees along with the return shipping (unless we advise you to do so).

Damage claims

Damage claims will only be accepted on uninstalled items. Once the item has been installed we will no longer assist with the damages. 

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED:

• CATALYTIC CONVERTERS THAT HAVE BEEN INSTALLED
• EXHAUST PARTS THAT HAVE BEEN INSTALLED
• ANY ITEM NOT IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING
• OPENED ELECTRICAL ITEMS SUCH AS COMPUTERS, ECMS, PROGRAMMERS, WIRING KITS ETC.
• CUSTOM MADE EXHAUST PARTS, CHASSIS PARTS OR OTHER MECHANICAL PARTS
• CUSTOM MADE FLOOR MATS, DASK COVERS, SEAT COVERS, CAR COVERS OR ANY ITEM THAT HAS BEEN MONOGRAMMED.
• CLOSEOUT OR CLEARANCE ITEMS
• ANY ITEM THAT HAS BEEN CUSTOM PAINTED
• SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS SUCH AS CUSTOM MUFFLERS OR TIPS

By submitting an online or phone order, you are indicating that you have read and accepted the terms of our return policy.

We strive to offer you products made in America, we don't like that off-shore junk, it is bad for our economy as a nation.

We keep each item at the lowest price possible. The current price is typically available online, you may want to contact us about demo or return items as we usually offer them at a reduced price.

If the merchandise qualifies for a Manufacturer’s Warranty or guarantee, we will be happy to assist you in getting in touch with the original Manufacturer of that product. Look for warranty and guarantee information in the original product box. All warranty claims must first be directed to the manufacturer, depending on what their individual warranties might be. In the event the warranty must be returned to the point of purchase we will handle the warranty claim.
